With more than two decades of real estate experience, Tonya has participated in virtually every aspect of buying, selling, financing, and investing in real estate. Her experience includes owning a mortgage company, a private investment firm, and multiple investment properties. This broad perspective allows her to see opportunities and potential challenges from more than one point of view and bring thoughtful, strategic guidance to every client.

Known for her ability to connect the dots, Tonya combines deep East Bay market knowledge with strong communication and negotiation skills. A Seattle native and graduate of Washington State University, Tonya lived in China for three years before settling in Danville. Today, she works throughout the East Bay and brings her curiosity, energy, and perspective to each client relationship.

Outside of real estate, Tonya is a devoted wife, sister, and mom and a passionate dog lover. She also volunteers with the SPCA, reflecting the same commitment to community and service that she brings to her work.
